Indigenous elders across the globe speak of 2012 as the dawning of a new age – an age of enlightenment.  They say that life on earth – and Mother Earth herself – will not end but rather will transform, and humanity will continue but in a different way.  December 21, 2012 will be a rebirth – the start of a new era.  For the first time in 26,000 years, the earth will align with the center of our galaxy and the sun will rise to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way, with its solar meridian crossing the galactic equator and forming a cosmic cross, raising all to a higher level of vibration.

We must prepare our bodies, minds, and spirits to accommodate the energy that will flood our galaxy and raise its vibrational field.  This involves cleansing ourselves of toxins on all levels.  Clearing our bodies, purifying our minds, and lightening our spirits is imperative over the next 3 months.  Suggestions:  Eat organic food when possible.  Walk in nature.  Meditate for at least 20 minutes, preferably morning and evening.  Practice generosity, compassion, forgiveness, and tolerance.  In short, live in love – love for others and love for ourselves.

NOW is the time.  And WE are the ones we’ve been waiting for…
