Gag orders on gov’t agencies; walls being built between countries; bans on immigration to a country that is a melting pot . . .

Even though leaders in the Trump administration are behaving like children let loose in a candy store ~ now more than ever ~ it is important to keep positive thoughts, send out positive energy, take positive action, and simultaneously keep abreast of all that is occurring within the United States government and across the globe.

Collecting and sharing data is vital. Dwelling on the negative is self-defeating. Reacting with violence will sabotage any and all positive change.

Remember: The women’s marches took place in all 50 states and in 57 different countries. This was a first in the history of humankind. All marches were nonviolent. 

Everything unfolds in an orderly fashion. As above, so below.

The patriarchy is dying and rearing its head for one last stand.

United, we will get through this troubling time. This is the time that prophecies of most cultures and religions spoke of centuries ago. They speak of us moving into the Golden Age of Enlightenment. This is the time. We are in the storm before the calm.

It is imperative we recognize this and come from a place of love in our hearts instead of a place of fear. While keeping abreast of U.S. and world affairs, it is crucial that any and all action we take be positive and nonviolent.

Love is the only answer to the heightened treachery and tragedy we now experience, not only in the U.S., but also around the world. Only love will still the waters.

We have forgotten who we are ~ beings of light. It is now time to remember. In our purest sense, we are love. And only love will prevail.

 We must not lose sight of this.

 Love is the ONLY answer . . . ️

    The women’s marches, particularly the fact that they were non-violent was the most inspiring thing I’ve seen since… I can’t even remember. Throughout my life nearly every “protest” has seemed like nothing more than an excuse for violence (from one side or the other), destruction of someone’s property who wasn’t even involved… Especially in recent years.

    1. Weren’t those marches absolutely incredible? Not only the lack of violence, but also the unity, focus, and sheer numbers. I loved it when Gloria Steinem said that if the gov’t started keeping lists of all Muslims in this country, she would be signing her name ~ then added, “And you should, too.” Reminded me of the movie Spartacus with Kirk Douglas.     1. Good point, Tess. Mainstream media aren’t talking because they’re owned by the power elite, most of whom are greedy and just as narcissistic as Trump. The exception is MSNBC. Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O’Donnell are outspoken progressives who leave no stone unturned. The new age is indeed unfolding and cannot be stopped any more easily than the unfolding of the universe. It’s important to bare the facts; and more importantly, let them go with love. Hugs ❤

  5. Beautifully said Tina. It was astounding to watch another yet again demonstration this week, huge in numbers across the US and the globe protesting IN PEACE yet again for humanity. This is all so wrong. He must be stopped. You don’t order a ban without informing other country’s governments to at least give warning! A wall that Americans will pay for in more ways than one, a ban on Muslims that Isis is gladly rubbing their hands in glee with another reason to hate. This is all promotion for hatred. The people have to continue to protest. We’ve already gained the attention of the republicans who too disapprove. Love and peace have to prevail. ❤

    1. They will, Deb. I don’t think a day has gone by since Trump’s inauguration that we haven’t had a protest of one form or another here in the U.S. The fact that all have been peaceful ~ lively, but peaceful ~ is a good omen. I read more today on how Hitler came to power, and the similarities are unsettling. The major difference is that the majority of Americans don’t have their heads buried in the sand; resistance began immediately and is growing. Many who voted for Trump no longer support him. One lesson learned here is: Be careful what you wish for. The entire world will learn a lesson from this, which is a good thing. I sense that peaceful resistance will carry us through in effecting positive change 💖

      1. Yes, it is the Hitler phenomenon that scares me most and the old adage, that ‘history repeats itself’. We must keep united and spreading the peace and love. I’ve also just begun reading, Orwell’s ominous story, 1984. ❤ Peace and love my friend. xoxo

        1. You’re welcome, Michelle. And you’re right.That is the most important difference between then and now. History might be repeating itself on one hand, but it certainly is not on the other. And it’s the other that will be the guiding force for change into an age of acceptance of diversity and peace ❤

  6. Well said Tina.. the sad part is that people like ourselves, who used to travel to the US regularly to enjoy some of its wonders and people will stop coming.. I think one of the areas that has been forgotten is that the tourist dollars are an important part of the economy and visitors are an important way to cement relationships with other countries. ♥

    1. Thank you, Sally. You’ve identified one of the many holes in Trump’s thinking process. Unfortunately, malignant narcissists don’t think past their noses. It should be mandatory that all aspiring gov’t officials go to school for the office for which they intend to run. Also, all gov’t offices should have term limits. Perhaps we’ll see these changes in the near future … ❤

  7. A lovely post, Tina. I am busy finalising a document on foreign investment into Africa. The Trump presidency and Brexit are two geopolitical events that I am looking into to consider their potential impacts on African growth and prospects.

  10. Beautifully and eloquently written, Tina. Staying positive is of the ultimate of importance. On these gag orders–no one messages with MY national parks (and they are indeed, mine = ours)! My daughter marched in SF last weekend and enjoyed the experience. It was peaceful but she said many women were there but did not know why they marched.

    1. Thank you, Terri. It’s interesting how a dynamic movement can draw so many people who can’t verbalize what it was that pulled them in. When the energy is intense, it speaks to the psyche and the soul on a subconscious level. And when it’s positive, there’s no stopping it. I’m so glad your daughter experienced such a phenomenon 💖 P.S. New slogan: My national parks are not up for grabs!

  12. Well said Tina… ‘Love is the only answer’ While globalisation has been building bridges, here we have a man who still talks of wall!!
    Many such egoists come and go…peace and love are eternal. Lets keep the hope alive.
