Indigenous elders across the globe speak of 22 December 2012 as the dawning of a new age, an age of enlightenment. They say Mother Earth and all life upon her will not end, but rather will transform; and humanity will continue, but in a different way.

22 December 2012 will be a rebirth. For the first time in 26,000 years, the earth will align with the center of our galaxy. The sun will rise to conjunct the intersection of the Milky Way, with its solar meridian crossing the galactic equator and forming a cosmic cross, raising all to a higher vibrational level.

We must prepare our bodies, minds, and spirits to accommodate the energy that will flood our galaxy and raise its vibrational field. This involves cleansing ourselves of toxins on all levels. Clearing our bodies, purifying our minds, and lightening our spirits are imperative over the next 3 months.

Eat organic food when possible. Walk in nature. Meditate for at least 20 minutes, both in morning and evening. Practice generosity, compassion, forgiveness, and tolerance. Live in love for others as well as ourselves.

Now is the time, and we are the ones we’ve been waiting for…
